Please tell us what you liked most about working with Rick
We have known others who have bought cars from Rick Kruger and we have also bought several cars from Rick Kruger. If you have had 'bad car buying experiences' in the past, he will change how you look at car buying. He is funny and kind. But what sets him apart is that he is honest about evaluating your needs and what car you would be most happy with. It really is about more than just closing the sale. He talked thru the pros and cons of the vehicles we were interested in, and was not ever pushy about which way we should go. That is what makes the difference for us, you don't have to dread the experience because he makes it feel like you are just out with a friend looking at cars.
Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Don Ayres Honda - Don Ayres Acura
We were looking at several different vehicles and Rick Kruger took the time to point out the great features of the Pilot Touring. On the test drive, he showed us how all the things worked. He went through and helped us set up all the tech. It was nice to drive off the lot with our phones synced, our radio stations programmed, our personal preferences set, etc. If you are not tech savvy, not to worry - Rick Kruger will have you ready to go. And if you forget something, you can call him back and he will walk you thru it! Even after the sale is done, he is willing to spend time helping you get the most out of your purchase. Great customer service with #RICKatDONAYRES.
Please tell us how Rick helped you with your 2023 Honda Pilot
The entire experience is what you would hope out of car buying. The prices are fair. They help walk you through the best payment options to meet your financial/budget needs. We didn't have to worry about coming to a payment that was manageable for us, with terms and interest rates we felt comfortable with. Don Ayres Honda - Don Ayres Acura is where we go to buy cars, because #RICKatDONAYRES really does make it a simple and fun experience!!!
