Rick Kruger is a favorite. We made our first Honda purchase from him in 1999. When we decided we wanted a Hybrid vehicle and saw the Honda CRV, we checked to see if Rick was still in sales. He is! He is just as passionate and attentive as he has always been. He was great about keeping us updated on the car status (we preordered a car), and his communication is top notch.
