Please tell us what you liked most about working with Rick

I had my truck in for service at Don Ayres Honda, and knew I was planning to start looking for a new car. I was on a fact-finding mission while waiting for my truck, and introduced myself to Rick Kruger. He answered all of my many questions about the CR-V, and was so knowledgeable and patient. After our meeting, even before I had driven a CR-V, I felt confident I would love the car. Rick Kruger made sure I had the necessary resources to view available vehicles and that I had his contact information so that I could reach out to him if I found a car that I interested me. I appreciated that he reached out to me when there was a car that fit my criteria. Rick Kruger always made time for me. I never felt pressure to make a decision. Every step of the car-buying process was seamless. He was right - he is in the ‘people business’. He has the best sense of humor and is a great guy, which made the process so fun and not stressful at all.

Rick Kruger helped me find the perfect 2021 Honda CR-V. He explained many features of the car to me. It’s been a very long time since I’ve purchased a car and I was so behind on the technology. Rick explained the features without making me feel behind the times. That’s where some of the good laughs came in. He explained the vehicle certification process to me in a way that was so easy to understand.
