Rick Kruger is the consummate professional salesperson! Oh yeah, he's also a great guy to know in the car business. We first met Rick back in 2010 when we bought our first Honda, a 2008 Odyssey. We knew we were in good hands from the beginning of the process and he made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Fast forward 12 years and we were in need of another vehicle (we still have the '08 Odyssey...225,000 miles and going strong!). Rick was at the top of our list on who to call. We had seen our 2020 Pilot Elite on the Don Ayres website. I reached out to Rick Kruger and he promptly returned my call to set up a test drive. We took the Pilot for a test drive late in the day and loved it. Rick helped us with some initial paperwork to secure the Pilot for purchase.
