Please tell us what you liked most about working with Rick

I HATE “car shopping” and buying cars. The last time I bought a car was 7 years ago; Rick was the salesman then, and I liked working with him. When I went in this time, I had a good idea of what I was looking for and what I wanted. Rick respected that. He showed me a few options within the parameters I gave him, and went over the differences between the individual vehicles, He did not try to “up sell” me or push me in a different direction, which I appreciated. What it comes down to is that he made an experience I absolutely HATE much easier for me.

Rick seemed to know the cars very well, and explained the features clearly and succinctly. I looked at a few different vehicles, and he was able to offer the “pros” and “cons” of each one so I could compare and contrast.

My overall experience at Don Ayers was great. As I said above, I HATE “car shopping,” and I hate buying a new car, but I liked my experience there. Once I had Mae a decision they seemed focused on getting through the buying process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
