Please tell us what you liked most about working with Rick

I enjoyed working with Rick Kruger to purchase my Chevy Cruze. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find another manual car with the price and age I wanted. When I saw the Cruze pop up, I knew I wanted to reach out. Rick made the process quick and easy, which I especially appreciated since it was my first car buying experience. His sense of humor made the car buying process fun. He also sent a video of the car before I even showed up to test drive, which was a nice touch! I went in on a Wednesday, and Friday afternoon drove the car off the lot.

Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Don Ayres Honda - Don Ayres Acura

One thing I really appreciated is that Rick Kruger walked through the entire report of the car before we purchased it, which eliminated the need to do a “check to buy” at a mechanic before signing. That attention to detail made me feel comfortable signing, knowing that he stands behind the cars he’s selling at Don Ayres and puts his reputation on the line. I know we’re leaving with a great investment!

Please tell us how Rick helped you with your 2014 Chevrolet Cruze

The process was quick and easy. I was already pre-approved for a loan with my bank, so didn’t finance with Don Ayres, but appreciate that they made the offer to match my interest rate and finance with them to take the car home that night. Even though I didn’t drive it off the lot that night, the car was mine in less than 48 hours—which is pretty awesome! I got it just in time for an out of town road trip.
